A hand-painted watercolor of a client's new home is a personal, lasting closing gift. It stays on display long after the boxes are unpacked, and it keeps your name in mind when friends ask who helped them buy.
How it works
- Send a photo of the home. A listing photo works great. Include your closing date.
- Order early. Paintings take 3–4 weeks, so the best time to order is as soon as you're under contract.
- Make it gift-ready. Add a warm white mat or a frame so it's ready to hand over at closing.
- Delivered to you. I deliver locally in the Madison area or ship it to you.
